Delivery & Return

How will my order be shipped?

We have carefully selected the delivery methods for each article on our site in order to make our delivery service as efficient, fast and safe as possible. Each delivery method is indicated on the product page as well as on the shopping cart page. Please note that we do not deliver parcels to mailboxes.

Are there any exceptions?

• There is usually no delivery service on Saturdays and Sundays
• We do not deliver parcels to mailboxes
• There may be additional costs for shipments to remote areas. You will be informed of these additional charges when you enter your postal code.

Signatures are not required for delivery of small packages, but the delivery company has the option of leaving the package. If you have special instructions for delivery, we recommend that you leave a note on your door during the delivery day with your name, request and tracking number. Deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx. The available delivery service modes will be indicated when you confirm your order, but typically include:

Standard Delivery

The delivery of our products will always be Free.

Please allow us time to ship the package that lasts between 1 and 2 days From our warehouse and give us 5 to 15 working days to deliver the package.
